We want you to love every sip, but if your tea isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure food products remain unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea that has been opened or consumed.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your order details inside the box. Ship the package to our designated returns center using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our tea masters inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
